When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very execution petition itself has been dismissed as not pressed by the Executing Court by order dated 14.03.2025

and therefore, the present revision challenging the execution proceedings, has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the order of the Executing Court. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
