ORDER

The revision petitioner is the landlord and the respondent is the tenant. This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order of the learned Rent

Control Appellate Authority, which reversed the order of eviction passed by the Rent Controller.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.L.Rajasekar, learned counsel who was on record for the revision petitioner, submitted that they had already handed over the change of vakalat and the entire case bundle to the revision petitioner. A memo has also been filed today to that effect. The memo filed by M/s. L. Rajasekar, S. Kamaraj, and P. Rakesh Kumar is taken on record.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel, appeared on behalf of the sole respondent.

4. In view of the fact that, although the change of vakalat was said to have been effected on 18.06.2025, till date, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner, nor has the revision petitioner appeared in person. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected CMP is closed. 23-07-2025 kmk
