The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition in para 7(a) by order dated 28.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25940 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending. 3.Therefore,the condition imposed that the petitioner in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
