The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing this Criminal Revision against the order dated 26.07.2023 made in Crl.A.No.63 of 2019 on the file of Sessions Judge, Magalir Needhimandran (FTMC) Ootacamund.

2. Mr.V.Bhaathiraj for R1 and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
