ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27853 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27853 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate on 3rd January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
