The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) by order dated 07.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27851 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is pending.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27851 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
