2. This Court while disposing the Writ Petition in W.P.No.16709 of 2024 directed the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits within a period of two months. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent submitted that the appeal has been disposed by the respondent by an Order dated 30.01.2025 and also produced a copy of the Order before this Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
