Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records pertaining to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed in Cr.M.P.No. 13/2025 dated 18.08.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Ayyamperumal son of Thathan aged about 51 years before this Court, now confined in Central Prison, Thiruchirappalli and set him at liberty.
