This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13045 of 2023 to report before the respondent police, once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner is directed to continue signing once in a week since he had not signed after 02.11.2023. Let him continue to sign for once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter monthly once ie., on the first working day of every month until further orders.
