This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.3 imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12991 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8088 of 2023 dated 23.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
