ORDER

This petition has been filed to enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with in Crime No.264 of 2024 on the file of respondent Police.

This Court, vide order dated 27.11.2024, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, imposed the following condition in Para No.12[b] that the petitioner shall report before the Care Taker, Karunai Illam, Missionaries of Charity Brothers, No.74-B, L.D.G.Road, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 014, contact No.044-22351762, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and assist the attendants who are taking care of the inmates and he shall obtain a certificate from the care taker of the home regarding the work done by him and also to appear before the respondent every alternative Saturday at 06:30 p.m, until further orders.

There is no representation of behalf to the petitioner. 4.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the said conditions regularly. 5.

Therefore, it is open to the respondent police to take action, if necessary, in accordance with law.
