This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional court in Crl.M.P.No.17139 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19330 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e.,on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
