(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions of the Tahsildar, submits that on 02.01.2024, Form-I notice, consisting the list of encroachers, has been sent to the Block Development Officer, Melmalayanur and necessary action would be taken to evict the encroachers as per the Rules.
