Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2.The petitioner is accused in Crime No.585 of 2023, registered under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC, which are all bailable offences. In view of the same, application seeking anticipatory bail would not lie. The petitioner is directed to appear before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam, Thiruvarur District, who may pass appropriate orders since the offences are bailable. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 18.12.2023 kp C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
