ORDER
Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.8.2025 and not to acquire the petitioner's land in Old S.No.128/3(part) T.S.No. (Part) of Amirthapuram village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District and acquire the temple land adjacent to the petitioner's land in S.No.128/2A T.S.No.3 of Amrithapuram village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been in possession of the aforesaid property. While so, he received a notice dated 29.07.2025 from the 2nd 2/6
respondent stating that they propose to acquire part of the petitioner's land along with others land for providing road to the Tiruttani Temple by connecting the Padachettikulam Village and the West Tiruttani Chittor Road and called upon all the concerned owners to submit their objections. Immediately the petitioner submitted objections in the form of representation to the respondents on 22.08.2025. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent concerned will pass orders on the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated period.
5. Heard both sides.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the 3/6
representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
