2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
