PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent herein in G.O.(D) No,1097, Home (Transport IV) Department dated 20.09.2019 in so far as rejecting petitioner's retrospective promotion as Superintendent for the year 2013-2014 and Motor Vehicle Inspector (NT) from 11.06.2018 are concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Superintendent for the yeat 2013-2014 and as Motor Vehicle Inspector (NT) with effect from 11.06.2018 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
