COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed by the petitioner, seeking direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to receive the DD or Rs. 3 Lakhs dated 16.10.2019 under the TATKAL scheme as vide proceeding No. 336 dated 01.10.2019 for the agricultural free service connection for the bore-well in the land of the petitioner situated in survey no. 57/2A in Jogikalasanapally Village Hosur Taluk and enlist him for eligibility according to the TATKAL Scheme.

2. When these matters are came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of these cases, the electricity service connection was effected and the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, thess Writ Petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
