PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of OS.No. 71/2018 within the time to be stipulated by this Honble Court For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in OS No.71 of 2018, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioners herein/plaintiffs filed the above said suit for declaration and recovery of possession. The suit is of the year 2018. A perusal of the adjudication sheets filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that issues were framed as early as on 28.06.2021 and the suit was posted for trial. However, there is no substantial progress in the suit from the year 2021. 3 .Taking into consideration the suit was filed in the year 2018 and issues

were framed as early as on 28.06.2021, this court is inclined to direct the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
