ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 05.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5667 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to fix the salary to the petitioner on notional basis with continuity of service and with monetary benefits from the date of reinstatement into service and disburse arrears of salary within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of the learned Single Judge passed by this Court has been duly complied with, and nothing survives for further adjudication. To that effect, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has also produced a proceedings in K/K/vz;/1392-M2-2024 ehs;/ 06/2025 (signed on 21.06.2024) issued by the District Educational Officer, Mayiladuthurai. The same was taken on record.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
