Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the impugned legal heir certificate dated 03.02.2009 in Tha.Pa.No.38088/2008/A7 issued by the fifth respondent in favour of the sixth respondent, quash the said impugned certificate, direct the first respondent to contemplate an appropriate enquiry in this regard to issue the legal heir certificate, it necessary, to the genuine and bonafide person. Learned Additional Government Pleader furnished a copy of the instructions given by the Tahsildar vide letter dated 01.02.2024 which would reveal that actions are already initiated to cancel the disputed legal heir certificate, within a period of two weeks.
2. Since the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands closed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.36311 and 36315 of 2019 are closed.
