ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ petition has been instituted challenging the order dated 19.11.2024 passed in OA/2/2018, directing the Chief Post Master General in appearing in person before the Central Administrative Tribunal to explain as to why the orders of the Tribunal are not implemented. Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that subsequently on 22.11.2024, the Central Administrative Tribunal modified earlier order and held that the Chief Post Master need not be present before the Central Administrative Tribunal and an opportunity was granted to the first respondent in the Original Application to file an affidavit during the next date of hearing.
Since the order impugned lost its relevance, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
