A.No.1604 of 2024 and O.P.No.373 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J This application is filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 02.11.2023 in the O.P.No.373 of 2022 and to restore the said OP on file.

2. Original petition was dismissed since the petitioner did not come forward to take notice to the respondent. The issue is to grant Letters of Administration with Will annexed. There is a duty on the Court to examine the issue on merits.

3. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
