This application has been filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal for default dated 02.11.2023 in O.P.No.373 of 2022.

2.On an earlier occasion, in A.No.1604 of 2024 by an order dated 16.04.2024, the delay of 7 days in filing this petition had been examined and the delay was condoned. This is a consequential application.

3.Taking into consideration the reasons advanced, this application stands allowed. The order of dismissal for default in O.P.No.373 of 2022 by an order dated 02.11.2023 is set aside.
