This Court, by order dated 13.12.2023, permitted the petitioner to effect paper publication on the respondents 4 & 5 in any one of the local Tamil newspapers, having wide circulation in and around Erode on or before 09.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits by oversight, he failed to take note of the order and effect paper publication. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication as per order dated 13.12.2023 on or before 29.02.2024 for the hearing date fixed at 14.03.2024.
