ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the representation dated 25.11.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for restraining the 3rd respondent from conducting any meeting.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted the letter dated 08.12.2023 addressed by the General Secretary of the Association to the J1 Police Station, Saidapet. On going through the same, it is seen that the proposed meeting has been cancelled and there is no proposal to immediately conduct any such meeting.

In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
