O R D E R
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.05.2010, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 364, 302 r/w 149 of IPC in S.C.No.305 of 2015, registered on the file of the respondent, 1/5
seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner was arrested on 26.05.2025 for the aforesaid offences, based on the NBW issued on 07.11.2024. The petitioner was originally granted bail. However, for breach of bond, NBW issued against the petitioner and was remanded to Judicial custody on 26.05.2025. Hence the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been absenting himself during the committal proceedings and the trial has been completed and almost all the witnesses were examined. Hence, he strongly opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2015 and also the trial was almost completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 07.10.2025 kmm To 1.The Inspector of Police, Karipatti Police Station, Salem District.
