ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a Mandamus, directing respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds on account of death of the petitioner's father in any suitable job commensurate with his qualification by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025.

2. Heard the submissions made by the counsels appearing on either sides and perused the records.

3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
