Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Third Respondent has now called the Petitioner to rejoin the course in the college, which is yet to re-open after vacation. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to work out his remedies, if the Respondent does not allow the Petitioner to join the course, and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
