O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith handover the Ashok Leyland Tipper bearing Registeration No. TN 28 AU 1527 to the Judicial Magistrate, Kangayem.

2.The vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 28 AU 1527 was seized from the petitioner pursuant to the registering of a case in Crime No.408 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC. Thereafter, the said vehicle was produced before the Special Court namely Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur under Form No.91 in P.R.No.09 of 2020 dated 11.02.2020. 3.Therefore, the direction sought for in this Petition cannot be considered. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
