This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, Villupuram District in Crl.M.P.No.78 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022 and consequently, direct the aforesaid Judicial Magistrate to return the TATA Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 74 AT 4993 seized on 30.12.2021 in Crime No.398 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that pending revision petition, the subject vehicle has been released and handed over to the petitioner and he has also acknowledged for the same. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
