This application has been filed to receive the reply statement of the applicant/plaintiff.

2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main suit and the defendants filed their written statement. Thereafter, the defendants filed an application in A.No.2858 of 2023 to amend the written statement and the same was allowed. Therefore, the applicant has now filed this application to file reply to the amended written statement.

3. The other side have not filed a counter affidavit in this application. The application pertains to the year 2024, they have not chosen to file any objection and written statement has already been amended by the respondents/defendants.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the nature of application and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
