This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to pass orders in the appeal petition filed and sent by the petitioner through post on 21.07.2023 against the orders passed by the third respondent in Order No.1102/2020/A2 dated 07.12.2021 terminating the petitioner from service.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 2/5

21.07.2023 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
