A.S.No.974 of 2020 C.M.P.No.29401 of 2023 and C.M.P.No.18895 of 2016 in A.S.No.644 of 2016 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN. J., The learned counsel for the appellant stated that before the Trial Court, he has marked a Settlement Deed, dated 01.09.1990 as Ex.A10.

The Schedule of the property mentioned in Ex.A10 does not related to the suit property. Since the petitioner wants to handle the property, he seeks permission to take the original by replacing the certified copy obtained from the Sub-Registrar Office, Walajah Nagar.

2. On the undertaking as required under Appellate Side Rules, this CMP.No.29401 of 2023 is allowed. The petitioner has to produce the original document as and when required at the time of trial.
