Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered, Ms.S.Suganthy (Advocate), Office address:- No.1, Appavu Avenue, Mandapam Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 10, (Phone No.9345164284) is appointed as a Court guardian to represent the interest of the Minor Smiruthi in the appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve a set of papers on her to enable her to defend the case of the minor and the learned counsel for the appellant shall pay a remuneration of Rs.25,000/- to the Court guardian and the same shall be paid within two weeks from today.
