ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to survey and measure the subject property based on the petitioner's online application dated 23.06.2025.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had purchased the property vide sale deed dated 2/6

12.04.1989. Thereafter, on 23.06.2025, the petitioner applied for survey of the subject property. However, the said application was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

7. In the case on hand, the petitioner had purchased the property vide sale deed dated 12.04.1989. Thereafter, on 23.06.2025, the petitioner applied for survey of the subject property. However, the said application was not considered by the respondents till date. 3/6

8. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 23.06.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after serving due notice to all the aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
