When this miscellaneous petition was listed on 3.1.2020, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve papers on the learned counsels appearing for the respondents in O.A.No.708 of 2013.
Accordingly, they were served and their names also appear in the cause list.
2. When the matter is called today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and satisfied with the reasons. Therefore, the miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay in representation is condoned and if the papers are otherwise in order, Registry is directed to number the writ petition.
