ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistate Court, Veppanthattai to dispose in case C.C.No.2 of 2020 expeditiously as possible.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the witnesses have been examined, but, the Investigating Officers namely Mr.Sivasubramaniam, Mr.Thangavel, M/s.A.Mahalakshmi have not appeared for the last 1 year.

3. Such view of the matter, the Trial Court is directed to issue necessary process to Mr.Sivasubramaniam, Mr.Thangavel, M/s.A.Mahalakshmi Investigating Officers for appearance on the next hearing fixed by the Trial Court. In the event of failure of appearance of the Investigating Officers before the Trial Court on the next hearing date, this Court will proceed to take further action and pass appropriate order(s) for taking disciplinary proceedings against him. A copy of this order shall be served to the Investigating Officers. The Trial Court is further directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
