Crl.R.C.No.1491 of 2019 Crl.R.C.No.1491 of 2019 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, The learned Counsel for the Respondent in Crl.R.C.No.1491 of 2019 submits that trial Court had not permitted him to withdraw the amount since, there was no mention of the same in the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1491 of 2019.

2. It is common knowledge that the Respondent in this case is the Complainant before the trial Court. The learned Trial Judge is within his powers to grant it, since Respondent is the Complainant. There is no adverse order in the Revision against the Respondent/Complainant. Therefore the trial Judge is directed to act accordingly.
