This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10 a.m, for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.24216 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24216 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
