2. The petitioner seeks directions to count 100% of the VVPAT printout slip attached with all the EVMs for the ensuing April / May 2024 General Election to the House of the people.
3. On the last date, adjournment was sought for by the petitioner. We have kept the matter today. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the issue has already been dealt with and decided by the Supreme Court. He placed on record the copy of the judgment dated 26.04.2024 in W.P.(C).No.434 of 2023.
