Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the 3rd respondent conducted an enquiry and the petitioner also appeared for the enquiry and submitted all the documents. The learned counsel further submitted that after the enquiry, patta was also granted in favour of the petitioner.
