O R D E R

The Petitioners, who are residing in Madurai, have come up with this Petition seeking transfer of the Suit in C.O.S.No.24 of 2019 from the file of the Principal District Court, Salem to the file of a competent Court at Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel on either side have no objection for transfer of the proceedings in C.O.S.No.24 of 2019 from the file of the Principal District Court, Salem to the file of the District Court at Namakkal.

3. In view of the above, the proceedings in C.O.S.No.24 of 2019 is transferred from the file of the Principal District Court, Salem to the file of the District Court at Namakkal. The District Court at Namakkal, is expected to conclude the trial in C.O.S.No.24 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.27555 of 2019 is closed.
