This petition is filed to condone the delay of 209 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in S.C.No.142 of 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Chengalpattu, dated 17.12.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.
