The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 25.11.2019 made by the Petitioner to expeditiously conduct enquiry in Number E.E.THO.KA/MANDANAM/Ka.No. 01/2019 dated 12.03.2019 by the Third Respondent.

It has been recorded in the order passed on 13.01.2020 by the Court that enquiry on the aforesaid representation has been fixed on 29.01.2020 and notices would be issued to all parties concerned and report of its outcome would be filed thereafter.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents has brought to the notice of this Court that Action Taken Report dated 06.08.2021 has been filed by the Second Respondent in respect of various allegations raised by the Petitioner in his said representation. 5.

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
