This application is filed to amend the plaint with regard to the provision of law stated on the first page of the plaint.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that it was wrongly mentioned that the plaint is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C., read with Order IV Rule 1 of High Court Original Side Rules instead of Order XXXIV of C.P.C. read with Order XXXVII Rule 1 of High Court Original Side Rules.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if this application is allowed.

5. In view of the above, this application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to amend the plaint with regard to the provision of law in the first 1/2
