Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.The petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed viz., to deposit a sum of Rs,300,000/- to the credit of Crime No.89 of 2023 and which amount the learned Magistrate may handed over to the de facto complainant and to additionally deposit title deeds for property worth Rs.3,00,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the wife of the petitioner is not able to mobilise the amounts and therefore could not comply with the conditions. Taking all the factors into consideration, it is stated that the petitioner may execute sureties and be let out on bail with condition that time granted to deposit the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and to deposit title deeds for property worth Rs.3,00,000/- is extended till 19.01.2024. If there is non-compliance, respondents are at liberty to file necessary application seeking cancellation of bail. 4.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 21.12.2023 kp C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
