This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the order dated 15.06.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11205 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court either by way of filing a private complaint or by way of filing the civil suit.

3. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court either by way of filing the private complaint or by way of filing the civil suit.
