2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the documents set out in the judge's summons in A.No.9772 of 2019, are relevant and important to establish the case and that therefore, the applicants should be permitted to mark these documents through PW1. He further submitted that only the photocopies are available as regards the documents set out in the 1 / 2 http://www.judis.nic.in
A.Nos.9772 & 9773 of 2019 in C.S.No.986 of 2016 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal judge's summons in A.No.9773 of 2019 and that, therefore, they should permitted to mark the photocopies of the documents.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection, if these applications are allowed.

Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the applicants are permitted to mark the documents set out in the judge's summons in A.No.9772 of 2019 through PW1 and with regard to the documents specified in the judge's summons in A.No.9773 of 2019, the applicants are permitted to mark photocopies of the documents. These documents may be received subject to proof and relevance.
