These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 1735 days in filing application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 9 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
